Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M.

MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 22, 2004 MEETING:

Read by Marge and accepted by the board.

INSURANCE: Marie explained the “difference” in the actual and projected figure was caused by a November payment for the year 2005 being included in the 2004 numbers. The agent deducted the $6,000 and the amount agreed with what was proposed.

TREE TRIMMING: Several trees have been cut down since they were dying and while they were here trimming they removed them at a reduced cost. However, now only the stumps remain and we need to replace the missing trees. Ted Connors (the owner) needs to come out here and resolve the stump grinding and tree replacement issues. Their invoice has not been paid and Michel will follow-up.

2005 BUDGET: The remainder of the meeting was spent working on next year’s budget.
