BOARD OF DIRECTORS GENERAL MEETING DECEMBER 14, 2004
BOARD OF DIRECTORS PRESENT: Roy Regeski, Marie Kastenbauer, Michel Pytarlz, Carlos Rosende, and Marge Trani. OWNERS PRESENT: Three Meeting was called to order at 8 P.M. TREASURER’S REPORT: There are nine unit owners (3 A units, 3 B units, and 3 C units) who have not yet paid their special assessments. Any assessment not received or postmarked by December 15th will be considered late and will be subject to a fine. Minutes of the meeting of December 6, 2004 was read by Marge and accepted by the board. TREES: Ted Connors has submitted a bill for replacement of palm trees and it needs to be adjusted for the grinding of the stumps. LAWYER’S LETTER: The letter was reviewed and will be finalized with the 20% down payment and prepayment of one year’s maintenance to be returned on the anniversary of the purchase of a new unit. This will be submitted to all unit owners to be voted on at the Annual Association meeting in January. BUDGET FOR 2005: The proposed budget, for next year, has been completed and based on increased costs it will be necessary to slightly increase our quarterly maintenance fees. They have not changed in three years. The new figures will be posted on the directory in the near future. The meeting was adjourned at 10 P.M. |
