BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

APRIL 26, 2004

Board of Directors Present: Marie Kastenbauer, Michel Ptlarz and Marge Trani.

Absent:                                   Roy Regeski and Carlos Rosende

Marge read minutes of General meeting held on April 19, 2004 and they were accepted.

STORAGE BINS:

A list will be made of those, which are covered, against Fire Department regulations, and owners will be contacted as this is against the Rules and Regulations. The Fire Department Inspector usually checks the building, during the summer months, and if any violations are found and fines are levied, they will be passed on to the owner.

NASSAU HOUSE SIGN:

The Board has approved the design for a new sign to be installed by Columbia Sign Company. The sign will be 48” x 72” on a concrete base and will be mounted on a raised mound of ground and landscaped.

AMENDMENT LETTER:

The cover letter, which is to be included with the amendments, the ballot and return envelope was approved and will be sent to all unit owners, shortly. Please return your vote in the enclosed envelope, promptly. Note—if you vote in favor of glass balcony doors that DOES NOT mean you have to change your existing door nor do you need to replace it with a glass door in the future.
