Oct. 13, 2003   Budget Meeting

  Roy brought a few suggestions to the board for next year’s budget.

1. A new keyless system using key fobs to enter the building. Cost approx. $1000.00. More information to come.
2. Roof Coating - $3,000.00 
3. Landscaping - $3,000.00 - Landscaping to be done along the Riverside fence by a professional.  Ideas needed.
4. Pool:  Diamond Brite - $3,800.00
5. Direct TV to cover minutes of meeting.  Members of board disagree about feasibility of this since posted minutes weren’t read.
6. Entrance Doors:  The entrance doors are old and are in need of repair and/or replacement. 
7. Sewer in front of building.  Roy spoke with Brian from PCA Plumbing and upon examining the drain in the circle driveway they found it goes nowhere. Roy suggested a catch basin be put in the ground at that area.
8. Relocate sewer in back.  The drainpipe that comes from the laundry rooms is backing up into the ladies’ room and men’s room.  The vent pipe going from the trash room floor to the ceiling has not solved the problem.   This must be addressed.
9. Directors’ Airline Tickets:  For any board member who has to come to N.H. for an emergency.  $600.00 was suggested.
10. Blacktop:  This will be an upcoming special assessment.
11. Marie suggested lobby marble be shined.
12. Fix up back entry and re surface.
