$27,999. Roy made the motion to
approve the report, seconded by Marie. Review of the previous
minutes of Dec. 8th were read by Marie. Roy
made the motion to accept, seconded by Rick. Painting: Payments to Bell Painting
have been stopped until the painting is caught up. Balcony floors that had the wrong touch up paint applied will
be repainted. All owners should
examine their balconies and report any problems to the office; Punch list will
be done at end of the job. Any owner who wishes to put
tile down on their balcony should pick up a copy of the information sheet on
applying tile at the office. Polyurethane Thin Set must be applied when
placing tile on floors. Security Cameras
& Key Fobs: Security cameras are now in
place and the new key fobs are being given out. Owners must pick up their fobs or they will be locked out. New Sign for Front
Entrance: Tabled.
Any owner seeing a nice sign should take down address and give to the
board for review. Balcony Doors: A letter concerning balcony
doors to all owners will be sent out with the “2nd.Notice of the Annual
Meeting”. Concrete Outside Rear
Double Doors: Tabled for more bids. Marie made a motion to
adjourn the meeting, seconded by Roy.
