Board Members Present: Tony Bazzinotti, Preston Scroggin, Adda Manosalvas, Aldo Addario, Rich Larrabee Members Present:

Bazzinotti opened the meeting with a welcome
to all who attended, then started off the meeting with a report on the
concrete restoration project. No
award to a bidder has been awarded at this date.
Tony stated that the board is now waiting for a sample of the railing
from Daniello-Lime which is to come in with in the next 2 days. The board will met
again on Wednesday (2-20-02) and
hopefully will decide then on a contractor.
The board is down to 2 different contractors now which are Aqua-Shield
and Daniello-Lime. Aqua Shield came in
with a bid of $723,493 and will take approx. 25 weeks to do the job.
Daniello-Lime came in with a bid of $725,000 but are coming back with a
new railing which they will bid on. Their
bid now is on a railing from the Specifications originally in the bid packet,
but will come back with a new bid on the railing selected by the owners. The rough assessment
fee will be for a one bedroom (A) $4,264.00, (B) two bedroom $5,825.00 and (C) a
2 bedroom corner $6,240.00. A final number will be
arrived when the contract is signed. Questions came up
from the audience concerning the project: When will the
project start? How long will it
take? How will they take
away the present railings? How many times a
week will the engineer be here to inspect? How many and what
balcony’s are bad enough that the contractor must go into the apartments? Tile on balcony to
be removed? The contracts will go
to the attorney for him to review and make any changes. When
will payment will be due? Owner to pay in one
payment or three payments. Enough money for
the Hair Line Cracks to be done by Painter? New Business: Parking Concerns:
Owners must park in their own
parking spot or rented spot. Cars
being parked in guest lot where they should be parking in another spot.
This will be looked at with a firm hand, or board will start to tow cars.
Owners must respect the rights of others and park in their own spot.

The mail light will be put on when the papers are here.
