Board of Directors Meeting with Bell Painting

            Board Present:            Tony Bazzinotti, Adda Manosalvas, Rick Larrabee

            Bell Painting:                Tom Waldo,    Bob

Bell Painting met with the Board of Directors to go over the existing contract that we have with them.  This contract was made on   5/5/2000.

Bell Painting and the board discussed terms of contract and re-negated the price.  There will be a reduction in the price due to the fact that we have replaced the railings.  A new price will be forth coming.

Board also informed Bell Painting that Nassau House does not want them to commence with the Paint and Sealing of the building until all reconstruction and concrete work is completed and accepted by our engineer and the construction company is off the job.

All parties agreed to this.
